JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a curious and engaged care assistant to Löderupsgården! As a care assistant at Löderupsgården, you will be an important part of our team and have a significant role in providing our residents with a safe and meaningful everyday life. Your primary responsibility is to provide care, service, and social support based on each individual's unique needs and wishes. You will perform professional care and support in daily life, follow implementation plans, document carefully, and participate in activities to spread joy and quality of life to our residents.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both in respite care and short-term care, which means you will have a varied workday where no two days are alike. This provides a dynamic and educational work environment where you constantly have the chance to develop and take on new challenges. You will play a central role in contributing to the individual and holistic care for our residents and collaborate closely with colleagues, nurses, and other professionals to ensure the best possible care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant. You need to be able to provide proof of a protected professional title or approved grades/diploma from a care and nursing education. If you have experience in the care profession, it is considered an advantage.

You have a positive attitude towards development, are flexible, and see new changes as exciting challenges. As a person, you should have a genuine interest in helping our users in need of support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs, and you should be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and safe everyday life.
