About the business:

The property department within the Technical and Property Management handles a wide range of responsibilities, including new construction, renovations, and expansions, management, operations, and maintenance of the municipality's operational premises and housing. We manage significant parts of the municipality's property portfolio, primarily schools, preschools, elderly homes, and group homes, with a total area of approximately 150,000 square meters, where school properties dominate.

Our overall focus is on long-term sustainable management, aimed at providing pleasant and functional premises. We take into account both today's and future requirements for accessibility, flexibility, comfort, and energy efficiency.

Within the department, we possess broad expertise, particularly in areas such as lease agreements, operations and maintenance, installations, security, fault reporting, outdoor environments, and contractor collaborations. We streamline our work through the use of digital systems such as Facilitate and Antura.

Job Responsibilities:

As a technical manager, you are responsible for the municipality's fire alarms, perimeter security, and video surveillance to ensure efficiency and sustainability. You collaborate with the perimeter security coordinator and lead installations and projects. You are also responsible for monitoring agreements and improving security work.

You are the contact person for the operations and ensure that the premises meet legal requirements, as well as being responsible for maintenance and inspections. The tasks include both strategic development and practical management of systems and permissions. Parts included in your assignment:

• Fire Alarms: Responsible for fire alarm systems, coordinates SBA work, ensures inspection audits, updates alarm transmitters, and manages service agreements.
• Perimeter Security: Ensures the right permissions, updates systems, develops routines for additional monitoring, and plans long-term maintenance and key management.
• Other: Leads system changes, is the contact person during fire inspections, and is responsible for video surveillance and fire protection equipment.

Qualifications:

We envision that you are a person who enjoys working with properties and their maintenance and security, while also finding it enjoyable to deal with property economics and customer contacts.

The person we are looking for has:

• Relevant education in the field, or documented experience equivalent to education.
• Several years of experience working with properties.
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations and understanding of security issues.
• Skills in managing budgets and financial resources.
• Experience in project management of technical systems.
• Good installation technical knowledge of properties.
• Driver's license B.
