Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a meticulous and flexible caretaker for an exciting assignment with our client in Vimmerby!

The assignment involves maintenance work with varying tasks. We are seeking a person who is detail-oriented and has experience in practical work.

Responsibilities:

• Basic painting and maintenance work.
• Installing tiles and other simple construction-related tasks.
• Lawn mowing and general maintenance of outdoor areas.
• Performing various practical tasks that may arise in daily maintenance.
• Working proactively to ensure that premises and surroundings are kept in good condition.

The position is full-time and is expected to last for about 6 months with a chance of extension.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in caretaking or similar practical tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caretaking or similar practical tasks is an advantage.
• It is beneficial if you have a lift certificate and forklift license, but this is not a requirement.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• You are meticulous, responsible, and have a positive attitude towards varied tasks.
• You are self-driven and can take initiative in your work.
• You are flexible and solution-oriented when problems arise.
• You have good teamwork skills and work well both in a team and independently.
