We are now looking for a highly qualified mechanic who is passionate about technology and has deep knowledge in vehicle repair and maintenance. Job Responsibilities:

As a mechanic at Snáithe AB, you will have a broad and responsible area of work that covers all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair:

• Perform comprehensive service and repairs on all car brands and motorcycles, including advanced work on gasoline, diesel, and electric vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and repair all major systems, including engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and vehicle electronics.
• Use diagnostic tools to accurately identify and address technical faults within electrical and mechanical systems.
• Carry out complex repairs and replacements, including timing belt changes, engine and transmission replacements, as well as other heavy vehicle repairs.
• Work independently and take ownership of work processes from start to completed repair, ensuring that the highest quality is achieved.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner, and providing technical explanations in a way they can understand.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for an experienced mechanic with extensive technical expertise covering the entire vehicle field. To succeed in this role, you must have:

• At least five years of experience as a mechanic, with good experience in handling complex repairs and maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of all types of vehicle electronics, as well as a good understanding of how modern electric and hybrid vehicles operate.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English.
• The ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a strong sense of quality and precision.
• A positive and customer-oriented attitude as well as professional demeanor.

It is also required that you have experience in:

• Working with motorcycles and understanding the specific requirements these vehicles impose.
• Advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methods within the automotive field.
• Handling hydraulic systems and heavy vehicle components.

Trial Period and Training:

To ensure that you meet our high standards, you will participate in a two-week trial training at Bosch Car Service. This training is a prerequisite for working with us and aims to ensure that all our mechanics have the competence required to work according to Bosch Car Service's standards.
