Do you want to be part of a dedicated maintenance team focused on automation and control technology? As an automation engineer with us, you will be a key person in developing and maintaining our automation systems. You will work with everything from programming and troubleshooting PLCs to implementing new solutions to optimize production.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Programming and configuring PLCs and HMI systems (mainly control systems from Siemens).
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing automation technology.
  • Ensuring daily operations.
  • Participating in projects to implement new automation solutions.
  • Ensuring that systems comply with applicable safety standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to develop effective solutions.

Qualifications for the position:

  • Relevant engineering degree (e.g., in automation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics).
  • Experience in programming PLC systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Experience working with automation in industrial production.
  • IT competence.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Approved grades in Swedish, Mathematics, and English at the high school level.
