Experienced Salesperson in Digital Marketing Wanted for Leading Agency
There is now a unique opportunity to become part of a fast-growing and successful marketing agency, one of Sweden's leading players in Performance Marketing, located in either Gothenburg or Halmstad. Since its inception, our client has established itself as a key player in SEO and Google Ads, helping hundreds of companies across various industries to increase their digital visibility and traffic from search engines.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will work with B2B sales and build long-term customer relationships by offering tailored digital marketing solutions. The role entails complete ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and further developing customer relationships.
Prospecting – Identify and contact potential new customers
Cold calling – Create business opportunities through proactive sales
Meeting scheduling and customer meetings – Present digital marketing solutions
Closing deals – Bring in new customers and manage the entire sales process
Relationship building – Nurture and develop existing customer relationships
This role is suitable for you if you have previous sales experience and thrive in a goal-oriented and fast-changing work environment where performance and results are rewarded.
Who We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
Have at least 1–2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
Have a business-oriented and relationship-building approach
Are persistent, structured, and results-driven
Are a team player but can work independently
Have a positive and proactive attitude
Meritorious:
Previous experience in selling SEO/SEM
Experience in media sales
Awards such as Salesperson of the Month or similar
Sports background or competitive instinct

Salary & Benefits
Base salary: 25,000 – 31,600 SEK
Commissions & Bonuses:
25% commission on new customer sales
12% commission on existing customers
OTE (On Target Earnings):
Year 1: 50,000 SEK/month
Year 2: 75,000 SEK/month
