The position is a summer temporary position, part-time.

Your role as a Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you will work within the Operations area, which includes cash register, warehouse, support, and merchandising. It is a varied role where you will work with several different tasks where your skills make a difference and are an important part of success. A large part of your day-to-day work involves creating the best possible customer experience; you are simply a star in customer care. In addition to being responsible for processing payments, assisting with service tasks, product logistics, and warranty issues, you will also ensure that it is easy for our customers to shop and that they can take the right product home. By optimizing the shopping experience in the store and ensuring satisfied customers, we can achieve our goals; having the ability to solve problems on the way to success is another crucial part of the role. You will gain basic knowledge in all areas of Operations, thus providing you with great flexibility in your daily work.
