ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are now seeking driven personal assistants to strengthen our existing staff groups in Luleå during acute absences, often at short notice, but also during planned leave such as school holidays and summer vacations. The work involves working where the customer is, during varying working hours scheduled during the day, evening, and night. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS

All customers with us differ in needs and interests, which is why we welcome applicants of different genders, ages, with varying experiences and working methods. The tasks vary depending on which customer you work with, but include everything from personal hygiene to cooking, support during activities/rehab, and transfers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and has the ability to analyze and understand individual needs. You are attentive, flexible, and take initiative, while also having a solution-focused and engaged approach. It is important that you can work both independently and in a team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We are looking for both men and women of varying ages for these positions.

REQUIREMENTS

• You speak and understand Swedish at a good level.
• You have a police record extract (this can be easily ordered via the police website)
• References from previous jobs (to be provided after the interview)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license and access to your own car.

Employment rate: Varying.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
