Your Responsibilities

As a Consultant Manager/Recruitment Consultant at Maxkompetens in Kristianstad, you will be a key player in our team. You will be responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with existing customers, driving recruitment processes, and ensuring that we deliver the desired competence. Of course, your personnel responsibility for our consultants is an important part of everyday life, where you strengthen the reputation of Maxkompetens as an attractive employer in the industry.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for the entire recruitment process - from requirement profile to hiring
• Have personnel responsibility for consultants, including work environment and well-being
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure high quality in delivery
• Nurture and develop existing customer relationships
• Support the team and contribute to a positive and forward-driving work environment

Your Profile

You thrive best in meetings with other people, and you are trustworthy and professional in your approach to customers and colleagues. You are attentive to the customer's needs, act solution-oriented while being advisory. You navigate well in a mix of tasks with different lead times and deadlines, where your drive and initiative create success. Of course, you also enjoy being part of a smaller team where collaboration, community, and humility at the highest level are required.

You bring:

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related work in some form
• Preferably a PA/HR education at the university level
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form
• Very good administrative skills, high computer proficiency, and a B driver's license
