ABOUT THE POSITION

The role of Staffing & Recruitment Assistant gives you the opportunity to kick-start your career in recruitment and staffing! You will be part of a team with really sharp recruiters and consulting managers who want to share their expertise. The role involves a flexible part-time job that provides you with income, valuable experience, and a lot of new contacts throughout your studies. Although much of the work is done independently, you are engaged with the team in your common goals, results, and the continued development and growth of the business area.

Your manager and your development

Your manager is Malin Ericson, who works as Consultant Manager and Staffing & Recruitment Assistant Manager. In dialogue with your immediate manager, you will plan your working hours based on the needs of the office. We have chosen to have operational managers to provide you with the best support in your role. In your role as Staffing & Recruitment Assistant, you will develop through our training program, the Training Program. You control your career paths with us, and we provide you with the prerequisites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Recruitment process: Work with everything from advertising to a candidate receiving a job offer and employment with us. Imagine how exciting it is to follow a person's journey from CV to their new dream job!
  • Administration: Assist with payroll management and employer certificates, among other things.
  • Training program: A structured plan where you take on more and more advanced tasks. This allows you to gradually gain more knowledge.

You handle situations that may be perceived as stressful with confidence, and you have an optimistic attitude towards solving even demanding tasks.

What experience do you need?

  • Studying a degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Economics, Service Management, or similar.
  • Graduating no earlier than VT 2027. Since we take a long-term view of this position, we see that you can work for at least 3 semesters without going on exchange or having an internship.
  • Have previous experience from jobs in service and customer contact where you have been able to use your ability to take initiative and responsibility.
  • Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing and proficient in English in both speech and writing, as you will be communicating, participating in training, etc., in both languages.

Start: August

Scope: Part-time, 2 days/week 08:00-17:00

Location: Östergatan 18, Malmö
