ABOUT THE POSITION

As a service technician, you will work in fire and safety at the company's clients. You will primarily work with fire alarms but also extinguishing systems. The days are varied, with some days spent on urgent service calls, while other days follow a schedule with planned maintenance of the systems at our clients. You will work in an advisory capacity, and when you notice that the system needs updating, you will consult with the client on what can be offered to develop facilities with the new technical solutions. In this role, you will work independently at our clients, but you should never feel alone, as your colleagues are just a call away if you need their help and support.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Currently have a completed education in electrical systems or have acquired electrical knowledge through work experience.
Hold a B driver's license.
Can communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing, as this is used in communication with clients.

It is an advantage if you have:

Skills in IT, specifically networking.
Work experience as an electrician.
Experience working with fire alarms, intrusions, access control, etc.

To succeed in this role, you are a person who enjoys taking responsibility. You thrive on customer contact and building relationships, always keeping the customer's wishes in focus. Sometimes the pace is high, and it requires you to have the ability to prioritize and plan your work. Your immediate leader will be of great help and support you when you reach out for assistance.
