Sales Leader for Vialarm in Jönköping

As a Sales Leader with us, you play a key role in creating your own sales team, developing, and motivating them. Your main responsibility is to drive the sales of our security solutions and ensure that the team meets its goals while generating your own sales.
Your responsibilities:
✅ Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize sales results
✅ Plan and implement sales strategies in line with the company's goals
✅ Create new sales, follow up and analyze sales results and report to management
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Has documented experience in sales and previous leadership experience
✔ Is results-oriented and has the ability to motivate and inspire others
✔ Has good communication skills
✔ Holds a Category B driving license and has a car for travel in the designated area
