RESPONSIBILITIES

The assignment includes following up and monitoring the quality work in your workgroup together with the unit manager. This includes, among other things, ensuring that guidelines and routines are followed and that the workgroup strives to achieve the established goals of the organization.

As a quality responsible nursing assistant, you are part of the workgroup and also engage in regular care work. In your role, you will collaborate with other quality responsible nursing assistants in the facility. Your assignment includes coaching and guiding the staff in the workgroup you are responsible for.

QUALIFICATIONS

Trained nursing assistant. You must be able to present a professional certificate.

Experience and knowledge in care and nursing.

You have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good computer skills.

You need to be able to adapt your work methods to meet new challenges and demands, as well as show flexibility in your thinking and actions to handle changes effectively.

You collaborate by promoting and developing others' ideas. Share information and expertise to achieve desired results. Work together with others towards common goals and assist as needed for the group to perform.

You convey information clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing. Listen effectively; first try to understand and then to be understood. Keep others informed; provide specific and constructive feedback. Address questions and problems directly and openly, rather than later in other contexts. Have a good ability to create and maintain structure and functioning routines in the individual workplace.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented. You show genuine interest in customers and their inquiries and problems.
