We are now looking for a Welder with a primary focus on manufacturing components for tissue paper machines at Valmet's facility in Lamberget, Karlstad.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in workshop work and technical skills. To be suitable for the position, we expect you to be responsible and perform tasks in a careful, efficient, and accurate manner. Since the role involves close collaboration with colleagues and other departments, you need to have good teamwork skills and be communicative.

To succeed in the role, you need to have experience in welding with wire, stick, and TIG in stainless, black, and duplex materials, from 1.5 mm to 60 mm thickness.

There will also be grinding/polishing of many products. You need to have experience in reading drawings and be able to manufacture different constructions according to specifications.

You should also be able to work shifts (2-shift and 3-shift). A crane license, forklift license, and experience in UP welding are desirable.
