About the Position

As an assembler at Kongsberg Maritime AB, you will work with the assembly of propellers and service work on previously manufactured products. You will be part of the Assembly & Logistics team in Kristinehamn, and the role also includes international travel to support Kongsberg Maritime's global assembly team. The work takes place in a dynamic and international environment where quality and safety are the focus.

In your role as an assembler, your main tasks will include:

• Assembling new propellers according to applicable quality requirements and instructions
• Service and maintenance of existing products
• Loading and packaging of products in the assembly hall
• Delivery checks and reporting in the business system
• Identifying and reporting errors, disturbances, and suggestions for improvement

The assembler position is a consulting assignment with immediate start, and employment with Kongsberg Maritime AB will be offered to the right candidates after approximately 6 months. Selection is ongoing, so do not wait to apply!

About You

We are looking for someone with a technical interest and at least three years of experience in assembling larger products. You have completed your high school education and preferably have experience in operating forklifts and cranes. Experience in administering and reporting in various business systems is an advantage, as well as the ability to read technical drawings and documents.

Furthermore, we see that you are responsible and quality-conscious with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You are flexible and can adapt to different tasks to support the team's common goals. Since the role involves contact with both local and international customers and colleagues, you need to have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Important for the Position:

• Experience in assembly and technical work
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
