We are now opening Alcro Studio Malmö, a paint store with a passion and heart for quality and service. We help our customers find the right products for both indoor and outdoor use, whether it’s paint, wallpaper, flooring, or accessories. Therefore, we are now looking for an engaged and customer-focused sales associate who wants to help make our customers' renovation dreams come true!

About the role

As a sales associate with us, you will work with paint, wallpaper, flooring, and accessories. Your main task is to provide our customers with the best possible service by guiding them to the right products for their needs. You will work in an inspiring environment where customer contact and product knowledge are key to success.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing professional advice and service to customers
• Selling and demonstrating paint, wallpaper, flooring, and accessories
• Assisting with orders and inventory management
• Keeping the store well-organized and inspiring for customers
• Contributing to a pleasant and professional customer experience

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in paint, interior design, and customer service. You enjoy working in a store and have a natural ability to help and inspire customers.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales or customer service
• Interest in paint, wallpaper, flooring, and interior design
• Good communication skills and sales drive
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience from a paint store or building supply store

Meritorious:

• Driver's license (B)
• Experience with Kassanova
• Facade expert, interior design expert
