We are currently looking to recruit competent and dedicated nursing assistants for our evening team in home care!

We have about 45 employees, along with a unit manager and an assistant unit manager. We are located in fresh premises with good communication links in Ekerö and Stenhamra. We use modern work tools, such as a mobile management system.

As a nursing assistant, you will receive an introduction to your tasks and work alongside experienced colleagues whom you can turn to with your questions. We work in geographical teams to maintain good continuity for the customer and facilitate collaboration among colleagues.

AdeoCare has unique expertise in dementia and cognitive diseases, and you will receive training that will benefit you in your future career.

Job Responsibilities

You will visit our customers and provide support in their daily lives. Your tasks will include helping with:

• personal care and hygiene
• cleaning
• shopping
• laundry
• meals
• walks
• escorting
• seeing the overall picture for the customer

Your responsibilities also include documenting according to legal requirements.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with work experience in care, especially in elderly care. A driver's license (B) is required. You need to be able to document, and your Swedish language skills should be good.

You are passionate about providing good service to your customers, and one of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and are willing to take initiatives. You have the ability to handle more pressured situations as well.

Scope and Working Hours

Permanent part-time employment, evenings and weekends. 6-month probationary period.
