Your Role

We are now looking for our next skilled employee in Indirect Procurement, covering both inventory, operational and strategic purchasing, as well as processes, tools, and sustainability. In this role, you will be responsible for procurement, supplier follow-ups, and development based on the needs of the operations. You will ensure that we have an optimal supply and supplier base, and that procurements follow the procedures according to Alleima's purchasing process.

The focus of the role is Communication & Promotion, Professional services-finance/HR.

The role includes:

• Continuous market monitoring to keep you updated with the latest trends in the industry.
• Investigating new business opportunities for our organization.
• Searching for and evaluating suppliers to ensure that we work with the best players.
• Ensuring cross-functional relationships for the best purchasing decisions by collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
• Negotiating contracts and following up on existing agreements to maximize value and minimize risks.
• Participating in and/or leading development projects with suppliers and our units to drive improvements.
• Maintaining and strengthening business relationships with our suppliers to ensure long-term and successful collaborations.

Your Profile

We work analytically and meticulously, always with a great insight into what is value-creating for a manufacturing industry. You plan your tasks and drive them in a strategic direction. With us, you will work on varied tasks, and we want to develop together with you.

We prefer that you have a relevant education at the post-secondary level in purchasing, economics, logistics, or another relevant field. You have previous experience from roles in strategic purchasing and enjoy developing an organization. Furthermore, you have a business sense and are a good communicator who easily builds good relationships. We place great importance on your personality, characterized by being driven and curious in the field. To fit into the role, you ideally have experience in negotiations and contract discussions, both nationally and internationally. As we operate in an international group, you need good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
