About the role:
As a District Sales Representative at Qstar, you play a central role in developing and driving sales in your district. The role offers a great variety of tasks and gives you the opportunity to influence and grow together with us. You report to the Head of District Sales and are part of his national sales team consisting of 7 District Sales Representatives and one Key Account Manager. The head office is located in Norrköping, and you will work from your home office somewhere in your district or the office in Gävle. We expect that if you work from home, you will spend at least one day a week at our sales office in Gävle for team spirit, where our inside sales representatives work. Estimated number of overnight stays; max 1-2 per week throughout the year.

Your responsibilities include:
In this role, you are responsible for driving sales by actively working with both new and existing customers. You sell products such as heating oil, diesel, renewable fuels, lubricants, chemical products, and pellets. Through customer visits and activities, you build strong and long-term relationships while ensuring that prices, quotes, and contracts are handled professionally. You act as an important link between customers and Qstar's internal teams, which means close collaboration with transport, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth deliveries and a high level of service.

The ability to see and understand customer needs, and a service-oriented approach. You are a driven and proactive person who enjoys creating business opportunities and building relationships, while being persistent and results-oriented. With a consultative selling approach, you always find the best solutions for customers and ensure they have a smooth and secure business experience. As the account manager, you will be the first contact with your customer regardless of the customer's matter. It is important that you are structured in your work and forward and communicate matters to the right department within our company to handle what is not your responsibility and that you continuously follow up on customer satisfaction. You master the administrative tasks and are a proficient user of digital systems and tools, and have experience working with change management.

Qualifications:
* At least a 3-year high school education, preferably post-secondary education in sales or equivalent.
* Experience in B2B sales for at least 3 years
* Experience working independently and against a budget
* Experience negotiating and signing contracts
* Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
* B driver's license

It is a plus:
If you have experience in the industry and insight into the contracting and trucking industry. Also, knowledge of CRM systems, especially LIME. However, your personal qualities will weigh the heaviest, and you will be trained in our products, systems, and working methods during your introduction.
