HR Specialist in Recruitment

Are you an experienced recruiter interested in a position where you actively contribute to the growth of the Armed Forces by conducting training and acting as an advisor while actively supporting managers throughout the recruitment process? Then we look forward to your application!

The Recruitment and Career Support Department (ReKa) is part of the HR Center and consists of twelve experienced colleagues who work together in a positive and supportive spirit. Our mission is to contribute to a qualitative increase in the Armed Forces' overall recruitment competence. We do this by operationally supporting managers across the Armed Forces in their recruitment efforts, developing and improving the recruitment process, and conducting various training initiatives.

In addition to interesting tasks and continuous professional development, we have many other great benefits within the Armed Forces. One highly appreciated benefit is that we have the opportunity to train three hours a week during working hours, as well as gym memberships.

Main Responsibilities

In the role of HR Specialist in recruitment, you will focus on:

  • Operationally supporting our managers in their recruitment efforts
  • Independently managing parts of the recruitment process
  • Supporting the recruitment of managers and specialists for the units
  • Developing and improving the recruitment process and conducting various training initiatives both digitally and on-site at units across Sweden
  • Some recruitment administration is included

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Higher education in HR or another relevant field - or a comparable combination of education and experience deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Several years of current experience in recruiting for government operations
  • Several years of current experience in independently managing the entire recruitment process
  • Experience in recruiting managers and/or specialists

Meritorious

  • Certification in AON Assessments testing tools
  • Experience in conducting training in the recruitment process
  • Driving license B

Other

Employment type: Parental leave substitute for approximately 1 year, civilian position.
Employment rate: Full-time.
Work location: Stockholm, Gärdet. Travel may occur.
Start date: as soon as possible.
