The HR department at Skåne University Hospital is an important support function that works both operationally and strategically. We are about 55 dedicated employees who proudly support Sus's 19 operational areas in Lund and Malmö. The HR department consists of several units and we look forward to welcoming you to the HR unit for labor law and workplace environment. With us, you will be part of a team of specialists in working conditions, labor law, and workplace environment who work strategically and provide important support to other HR employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of HR specialist, you will provide expert support in labor law to the organization's HR employees in interpreting and applying labor law regulations, agreements, and processes. You will ensure that we have uniform and professional working methods that make it easy for both HR partners and managers to do the right thing. Through a coaching approach, you enable HR employees to independently manage labor law matters together with the organization's managers. You help others succeed through coaching, training, and the development of processes and working methods.
You will also participate in overarching negotiations and discussions, where you contribute to developing and maintaining good labor relations. Furthermore, you will promote knowledge dissemination within the field and develop training concepts and conduct training sessions. By monitoring the external environment, spotting trends, and analyzing research, you identify areas for development and improve working methods and routines. Additionally, you will represent Sus in regional working groups and networks within the field of working conditions and labor law.

The primary location for the position is in Malmö, but work will be conducted in both Malmö and Lund.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who have a university degree in HR or equivalent education assessed as comparable by the employer. The position also requires several years of experience from a similar role in a complex organization. You are confident in negotiations and have broad experience in various areas of labor law. Previous experience in a politically governed organization is considered an advantage. Additionally, good knowledge of the agreements and laws governing public operations is beneficial. We would like you to have experience working with the digitalization of HR processes and be accustomed to streamlining, clarifying, and simplifying processes and work routines. It is essential that you have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
To succeed in the role, we see that you are good at establishing and developing stable and trusting relationships with colleagues and managers as well as with union representatives. You are an excellent communicator who has the ability to inspire, challenge, and be clear. As a person, you are driven by working on complex issues from a holistic perspective with the ability to find solutions within the frameworks that labor law provides. You have a knack for structuring your work, meeting deadlines, and shifting between details and the big picture. You are meticulous, responsible, and reliable.
