For our store in Nässjö, we need to strengthen our team with a service-oriented and relationship-building salesperson who is passionate about customer interactions. The role also includes a position as deputy store manager, so if you have a desire to develop as a leader and also have an interest in administration, you may be the right fit for this position. Responsibilities:

• Actively work with sales and advice on our wide range of products in Animals and Gardening, Agriculture/Forestry, as well as Home.
• Cash handling and unpacking of goods.
• Planning and follow-up of customer activities, displays, and restocking.
• Heavy lifting may occur.

Deputy Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Administrative support.
• Scheduling.
• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly when the regular store manager is not present.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with sales experience in retail and knowledge of and interest in our product range. Experience in leadership, plant knowledge, and a forklift license are advantageous.

In the role of deputy store manager, you will support the store manager with administrative tasks and also step in for the regular store manager. Therefore, we prefer someone who enjoys administrative work and has an ambition to develop as a leader.

Personal qualities such as high service orientation, drive, good collaboration skills, organizational skills, and a genuine interest in our customers are some of the qualities we highly value.

Start date: May 1 or by agreement

Position: Permanent employment 75%. We always apply a probationary period. The position also involves work during evenings and weekends.
