Anesthesia Nurse at Södertälje Hospital

We are looking for someone interested in developing as an anesthesia nurse and furthering our operations together with us at Södertälje Operation. We actively work with our workflows and improvement efforts. Here, we are flexible and adaptable in both planning and tasks based on the needs of patients and the organization. We work at a high pace where everyone collaborates closely in teams. We monitor our quality indicators on a weekly basis to continuously improve and refine perioperative care. We work together, and everyone in the team is a key person.

As an anesthesia nurse, you will be responsible for all stages of anesthesia within gynecology, surgery, urology, orthopedics, and women's health, with varied work in both pace and procedures/anesthesia methods. Your onboarding plan will be tailored individually based on your previous experience. You will also work in our postoperative department.

Your qualifications:

Requirements:

You are a specialist nurse with a focus on anesthesia care. You have at least one year of clinical experience as a specialist nurse in anesthesia in surgery.

Meritorious:

Previous work in anesthesia/surgery at an emergency hospital with on-call operations.

Employment form:

Permanent employment. Full-time, daytime. Shift work can be discussed. Recruitment for this position is ongoing during the application period.
