Highly specialized pain rehabilitation is a regional outpatient service for individuals with long-term complex pain. The service is located at Danderyd Hospital and Huddinge Hospital area. The highly specialized pain rehabilitation in Huddinge is expanding its operations and is looking for two physiotherapists.

At the highly specialized pain rehabilitation, we offer an interprofessional approach based on the biopsychosocial model, which is the core of our operations. We work in teams with patients who have complex long-term pain conditions.
We are looking for a physiotherapist for one of our existing teams and another physiotherapist for a new team that is starting up.
Our Operations
Patients are offered, after assessment, both a digital rehabilitation program and group rehabilitation on-site in our facilities. The goal of rehabilitation is to create conditions for lasting change together with patients suffering from long-term pain, enabling increased function, activity, and participation in society, as well as improved quality of life. We operate during daytime Monday to Friday and are also closed for three weeks in the summer.
As a Physiotherapist with us, you will be offered:

You will be employed by Danderyd Hospital, but your workplace will be located at Huddinge Hospital area, where we already have a team. Meetings and other tasks also occur at the Danderyd Hospital unit.
Job Description
As a physiotherapist, you will work in a team together with a social worker, doctor, psychologist, occupational therapist, and nurse. You will be responsible for assessments and treatments individually and in groups in close collaboration with other professionals in the team.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist. Experience in pain rehabilitation and working in teams with other professionals, preferably within the rehabilitation medicine field, is an advantage. Ongoing/completed specialist training and experience in evaluation work and research are also meritorious.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is proactive and structured with good collaborative skills and a strong interest in working with patients with long-term pain.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and recruitment may close before the application deadline.
When recruiting staff for positions that may handle children and/or adolescents up to 18 years old, we obtain extracts from the criminal and suspicion register prior to potential employment.

About the Operations
The Rehabilitation Medicine University Clinic Stockholm at Danderyd Hospital has a regional mission. We conduct highly specialized rehabilitation of patients in the areas of brain injury, chronic pain, post-polio, neuromuscular diseases, adult habilitation, and insurance medicine. The Rehabilitation Medicine University Clinic Stockholm is accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
