About the role

As a project manager in automation and digitalization, you will have the opportunity to work primarily on-site with our successful and exciting clients, as well as in your own project deliveries within a team. The assignments vary in content and scope, with a strong foundation in Life Science, as well as in other manufacturing industries.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Drive and lead projects in automation and production digitalization
• Be responsible for delivering projects according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Work with automation solutions – from specification and implementation to commissioning
• Contribute with expertise in automation and technical requirements
• Collaborate with specialists in various technical areas

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader with the ability to build trust and drive projects forward. You have a strong technical interest and curiosity about digitalization and future technology.

We would like you to have:

• A relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• At least a few years of experience leading projects in automation or production
• Experience with budget and result responsibility as well as working towards set KPIs
• Industry experience from manufacturing, preferably within Life Science
• Desirable experience with either Siemens PCS 7, ABB 800XA, or Emerson's DeltaV.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is also an advantage if you have experience with other DCS systems, SCADA, or PLC.
