Description

The preschool activities include seven departments with children aged 1-4 years and two departments with 5-year-olds. The preschool is located in a newly built/renovated eight-department building and in the premises of Nilaskolan.

The preschool is seeking 1 preschool teacher for a permanent position. As a preschool teacher, you have an important job, providing children with security and a stimulating environment at preschool. In addition, you are responsible for teaching by stimulating and challenging children based on the curriculum's goals.

Responsibilities

Your work at the preschool involves leading the teaching and challenging the children in the group. You are responsible for driving and promoting the educational work in the group with the curriculum's goals in mind. To lead the educational work forward, you need to document the children's learning. Together with your colleagues, you will lead parent meetings and be responsible for development discussions. Contact and collaboration with parents are important parts of the job.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a qualified preschool teacher and passionate about pedagogy. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We expect you to be responsible, curious, and have good teamwork skills. We believe you have the ability to see the child's needs and are familiar with the curriculum and can implement it in practice. Your approach and attitude are your most important tools. We expect you to have the ability to build trust and confidence in the child group and work team.

Conditions

When applying: attach your preschool teacher certification. Due to the law on suitability checks, an extract from the police criminal record must be presented upon employment.
