You now have a fantastic opportunity as we are looking for personal assistants for one of our male customers in his 55 years of age. The customer needs help and support with everything in his daily life. He lives in central Linköping with his wife.

The customer communicates via an eye-controlled speech computer.

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute during the summer but also right now when regular staff are on leave or sick.

Profile of the applicant:

• Being positive and cheerful is a prerequisite
• You may be talkative but still attentive
• Your gender and age do not matter
• You should have the ability to collaborate as you will sometimes work with a colleague.
• Personal chemistry is key
• It is important that you are careful with confidentiality
• Experience with breathing machines, cough machines, etc., is a plus
• Good teamwork skills as there is double staffing from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day

Working hours:

• 08:00-16:00
• 09:00-17:00
• 16:00-22:00
• 17:00-23:00
• 22:00-08:00 (awake night)

Job responsibilities:

• Assistance with hygiene
• The customer is in a wheelchair and you need to assist with transfers using a lift.
• Helping the customer with everything in and outside the home in their daily life.

Other:

• You need to have Bank ID/mobile Bank ID to view the schedule and sign your time report at the end of the month.
• Pay slips will be sent to Kivra.
• Selection is ongoing, so apply in good time.

Salary and contract:

Inspirera Assistans applies individual salary setting, and as an assistant, you receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights.

We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.
