We are now looking for a Property Manager for our management area City! As an employee at Vätterhem, you will help create sustainable and safe neighborhoods where everyone feels comfortable, has a sense of community, and believes in the future.

In the management area City, you will have a total of 36 colleagues, with Annelie Engström as your closest manager. The team that is currently looking for a colleague consists of 7 people working as property managers.

As a Property Manager at Vätterhem, you will have your own area to manage and be the face of the company.

Your responsibilities include:

  • interior and exterior property maintenance
  • cleaning
  • gardening
  • contact with tenants - handling of maintenance requests - minor repair work
  • pre-inspection, property manager inspection, and showing of apartments.

Qualifications:

To succeed in the role of property manager at Vätterhem, we see that you have completed a high school education. You have at least 3 years of experience from a service-oriented job with daily customer contact. Previous work experience in property maintenance, landscaping, trades (such as carpenter, electrician, or plumbing installer), cleaning, or customer service is an advantage.

To be able to get around our areas, you need a B driver's license and the ability to cycle. Furthermore, we see that you are an experienced user of both computers and mobile phones, as these are used in daily work. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, with colleagues and tenants. If you also speak other languages, that is a plus.

Requirements

  • Completed high school education along with 3 years of professional experience
  • Good ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

  • Previous work experience in property maintenance, trades (such as carpenter, electrician, or plumbing installer), or cleaning
  • Experience from the property industry
  • If you also speak other languages, we see that as an advantage
