Evaluation and development of the educational activities in accordance with the school's governing documents is a natural part of the assignment. You work to ensure that students have the best possible development, both academically and socially. You actively work to influence and stimulate students to meet the knowledge requirements. You support, motivate, and stimulate students' knowledge development based on their individual conditions.

At Åkrahäll School, we work to create conditions for collegial learning. Collaboration with other school staff for a good learning and working environment for both students and staff is an obvious part of the work. You are part of and contribute to the development work at the school. The work may include mentorship for a group of students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach natural science, chemistry, or biology. You need to have good pedagogical skills, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and structure your work. You have good digital skills as well as good insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can apply them in daily work. You are confident in your role as a teacher. For the position, it is also important that you have good collaboration skills as your work requires continuous cooperation with staff in various positions.
