SKF Couplings is part of SKF Sverige AB and our factory is located in Hofors. We are world leaders in the field of “rigid shaft couplings.” Our main customer segments are power generation industry, steam and gas turbines, and shipbuilding industry.

Job responsibilities

The job will involve assembly, testing, and servicing of hydraulic “bolt-tensioners” both standalone and in systems where electrical and mechanical elements may be included. Custom constructions and customer-specific solutions provide a varied work environment. Other product lines in our portfolio are also included.

All aspects of the work will be internally trained and are suitable for those with a technical inclination.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Swedish and English as the job requires it.

We prefer that you have experience working in the industry, perhaps as a mechanic, hydraulic technician, or assembler. Reading technical drawings and measurement techniques are advantageous.
