ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of technician, great emphasis is placed on being a strong team player with good initiative, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You are expected to be traveling for at least 90 days a year with varying working hours and tasks, which requires you to be flexible. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide technical support/service for RemaSawco's customers, perform troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and product assembly.

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM or 7 AM - 4 PM Monday to Friday. Weekend work may occur related to deliveries and installations. In this role, you will also be part of RemaSawco's emergency line, which means you will participate in an on-call schedule to assist RemaSawco's customers remotely.

The position is initially a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, solve problems and answer questions
Perform regular maintenance and service of products to ensure their optimal performance and lifespan
Carry out installation and commissioning of products at the customer's site, ensuring everything works correctly and meets customer requirements
Carefully and efficiently assemble new products to ensure they meet RemaSawco's high standards

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has previous experience working as a service technician
Has good computer skills as much of the troubleshooting is done digitally within the systems' software
Has a high school diploma
Has mechanical experience and a strong interest in learning more
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the job requires it
Has a B driver's license
Can travel up to 90 days a year
