Vitvaruservice in Linköping is a growing company specializing in the service and installation of household appliances. We assist both private individuals and property companies in resolving issues with appliances, allowing our customers to return to a hassle-free everyday life.

We are a close-knit and dedicated team proud of the high level of service we deliver. Due to increased demand, we are now looking for a new service technician to strengthen our team.

Vitvaruservice is part of the Servly Group, a brand-independent player in the installation and service of household appliances, laundry rooms, and other household products, operating throughout Sweden. As part of the Servly Group, we have sister companies and colleagues in several locations, providing great opportunities for training and development across the entire group.

Job description

In the role of service technician, you will be based at our service station in Linköping and perform troubleshooting, service, and repair of household products both in homes and properties in Linköping and surrounding areas. You will have daily contact with customers in their homes, which means you enjoy customer meetings and providing high service.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, who is technically skilled and has a desire to further develop. To participate in our internal training, an electrical education equivalent to the high school electrical program is required. Experience in the appliance industry and qualifications in electricity and refrigeration are advantageous. Since the position involves travel, a B driver's license is required.

• Experienced service technician in household appliances or laundry rooms
• Responsible, structured, and meticulous
• Good at problem-solving and has an easy time communicating with customers
• Familiar with working with computers and technology
• A person who enjoys independent work but also values teamwork

Conditions

• The position is full-time and a permanent employment after the probationary period
• Working hours: weekdays 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
