JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a structured and proactive person who wants to contribute to a safe and functional environment within care and welfare?

We are now looking for a responsible and committed caretaker for a summer substitute position. You will work with service, maintenance, and repairs for the various operations within care and welfare.

As a caretaker with us, you will support the operations in a responsible and professional manner and maintain both indoor and outdoor environments. Your overall tasks include handling/reporting of faults, such as changing light tubes and bulbs, assembly, recycling and waste management, transportation, mail handling, purchasing, light carpentry and electrical work, as well as bicycle and car maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is responsible and has a strong commitment and interest in their work. You see opportunities before difficulties, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and feel confident working independently. Furthermore, a B driver's license for manual transmission, experience driving with a trailer, and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, are required. Since the work can be physically demanding at times, you need to be in good physical health.

Previous experience as a caretaker within municipal operations is an advantage.
