Ornö Sjötrafik AB is a family-owned shipping company founded in 1970. We operate the car ferry service between Ornö and Dalarö in the southern archipelago of Stockholm. We are Ornö's largest employer with 18 employees, and our office is also located on Ornö, by Brunnsviken in the southern part of the island. Each year, we transport approximately 80,000 vehicles and over 150,000 passengers.

About the job:

To work with us, you need to be cooperative and ready to perform many different tasks, including some machine maintenance. We work with small crews closely together and see it as important to have a person with the right attitude towards both their colleagues and our passengers. You must enjoy working in a team and have an easy time collaborating. An important quality is also that you are responsible and have initiative.

Qualifications:

• At least a deckhand certificate
• Machine officer class VIII, degree
• Basic training
• Medical certificate for seafarers

It is an advantage if you have:

• Seaman (certificate)
• Crowd and crisis
• Machine officer class VIII, certificate
