About the Position
As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming calls and emails, assist customers with inquiries, manage the company's systems, and ensure high service quality together with your team.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and reliable. You have a burning passion for service and possess good computer skills as well as system knowledge. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are fluent in both Swedish and English. Currently, multilingual skills with German are particularly desirable. These qualifications are necessary to effectively manage incoming calls and emails from customers, as well as to administer the system professionally.
Meritorious
Previous experience in service, administration, and/or customer service is an advantage. An interest in interior design can also be beneficial as the company operates in this field. Individuals with this background tend to adapt more quickly to the work and contribute to the team's success. Experience from similar work environments, where calmness and goal focus are central, can further strengthen your application.
