As a customer communicator, you will among other things:
- Answer incoming calls and meet customers based on their unique needs & wishes. This may involve answering questions, registering messages, forwarding the call to the right party, or case management in external systems.
- Handle and resolve customer issues in an efficient and professional manner.
- Continuously work to meet set goals for call times and develop your call quality.
- Contribute to the company's values and culture by being Present, Simple, and Personal – both internally and towards customers.
- Utilize call methodology and rhetoric from training to ensure professional responses.
- Stay updated on customer and company information via internal channels.
What we expect from you:
- Fluent Swedish & English in both spoken and written form
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with various systems.
- Ability to remain calm and focus on the task even in a high-paced environment.
- Your work ethic is strong and you are careful to keep times and fulfill commitments.

Start: Beginning of May
Working hours: Varying schedule. Mon-Fri 07.00-18.00
Location: Kalmar
Employment type: Seasonal employment during the summer period with the possibility of extra work thereafter. Employment degree between 80%-100% during the summer period.
