Job Advertisement: Educational Staff for Gårdbyskolan

Pajala Municipality is the large (in area) small municipality located in the land of the Northern Lights and the Midnight Sun – Tornedalen, in eastern Norrbotten. Day and night, all year round, we work in the service of the community on behalf of the citizens. The position is in Pajala Municipality with placement at Gårdbyskolan in Korpilombolo. The school is a small F-9 school with about 80-90 students, where teaching is partially conducted in b-form. The staff is organized into a work team divided into smaller teams for each stage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with teachers in planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching
• Collaborate with guardians, Social Services, Region Norrbotten, Police, etc.
• Work in the After School Program
• Substitute in primary school
• Collegial and individual competence and school development
• Reporting to the principal

QUALIFICATIONS

• Documented experience working with children and youth
• Experience working in after school programs and/or preschool and primary school
