Rusta and Match focuses on ensuring that all individuals receive support to progress to work or studies. Our mission is to achieve each individual's goals by equipping them through activities and matching them with employers/studies.

Your role as a mentor involves mapping the participant's needs and conditions, planning support and activities that enable the participant's development, motivating and coaching the participant to achieve their goals. You will conduct individual development meetings and establish an individual development plan together with the participant. The work involves contacts with authorities, specifically the Employment Service, in the form of reports regarding the individual.

You will also have close contact with employers/companies, so it is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the local labor market; we prefer that you live in Fagersta.

Your skills and background

We are looking for someone with an interest in labor market issues and environmental monitoring who wants to work with individual guidance and matching job seekers to jobs and/or studies. You have at least two years of higher education or vocational training in relevant fields and at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time in the last five years. Alternatively, you have at least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level and at least three years of work experience in relevant fields equivalent to full-time in the last five years.

Good digital competence is a requirement as we use several digital tools. Since the target group is broad, we consider it an advantage if you are multilingual.
