Gardener/Gardening Worker - Season 2024

With us, both gardeners and gardening workers are employed. We are growing rapidly and need more staff in all our areas, seeking gardeners and gardening workers with relevant education or experience for seasonal work starting in April 2024. Duration as long as possible depending on the weather, but at least 6 months!

As a gardener, we are looking for someone who wants to work independently with responsibility for their own clients. Organizing the work, scheduling, and then ensuring that it is carried out according to the client's wishes with the help of colleagues.

We are also looking for those who want to work with garden maintenance and planting, where you, as part of a pair or a group, take care of gardens according to the supervisor's instructions. Together we will determine how independent the work should be. Our tasks include pruning, weeding, all forms of soil improvement, lawn mowing and trimming, planting, leaf management, etc.

We work with biodiversity in mind and great environmental consideration, trying to incorporate environmental thinking at all levels and informing our clients to choose the best options for their gardens and for the environment together with them.

Qualifications:

· Since you will be operating both larger and smaller lawnmowers, it is an advantage if you have machinery experience.

It is a merit if you have a certificate for brush cutters.

· A driving license (B) is a requirement, it is a merit if you can drive a car with a trailer.

· Able to handle a high work pace, self-driven/able to see what needs to be done.

· A pleasant demeanor towards our clients.

· You should have good teamwork skills but also the ability to independently take responsibility for the execution of tasks.

· Great emphasis is placed on having good physical fitness and extensive knowledge of gardens and plants.

· Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
