Gardener and Maintenance Worker for Our Team in Växjö

We are looking for an engaged gardener who wants to help ensure that our clients' properties and areas are well-maintained, attractive, and of high quality.

In this role, you will work with a variety of tasks related to outdoor property maintenance and gardening. Tasks include planting, pruning shrubs and trees, lawn care, plant care, and winter maintenance such as snow removal and sanding.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong commitment and sense of responsibility.
• Enjoys improving and developing outdoor environments.
• Is social, positive, and service-oriented, as you will have close contact with our clients for planning, assistance, and advice.
• Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Driver's license (B) (required).
• Documented experience in versatile gardening work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Chainsaw and brush cutter certification is a plus.

About the position:

• Employment type: Seasonal employment, full-time (40 hours/week).
• Start date: April 14, 2025.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.
