About the position

As a Field Trial Leader, you will lead and participate in practical work, both in the field and indoors. You will work closely with engaged colleagues in the field trial department and sometimes also with our researchers and advisors.

You will work in a team with a sometimes high pace, an open atmosphere, and great freedom under responsibility.

Your job includes placement, maintenance, documentation, and reporting of field trials, as well as customer contact, follow-up, processing, and reporting of the trials.

About you

You have work experience and an interest in crop production and development. You enjoy collaborating but also feel comfortable leading and making decisions.

You are meticulous and quality-conscious with a good ability to plan strategically even under unstable weather conditions. As a leader, you are supportive, engaged, and have an easy time collaborating with others.

Requirements

• Agricultural education or good experience in crop production
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Driving license B+ or BE
• Spraying certificate
• Knowledge of pests in crop production
• Some experience with machinery

Location: Brunnby Gård, Västerås

Extent: Full-time and permanent
