We are currently looking for a buyer and tester of cars to join us at ViKöperDinBil in Malmö.

How your new role will look

• Evaluate, test, and photograph vehicles
• Ensure that the standard and customer satisfaction at the station are high (measuring NPS via Google and Trustpilot)
• Administrative responsibility for contract writing and agreements
• Act as the contact person between the station, headquarters, and other external partners
• Ensure that logistics work for incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Call and follow up with customers
• Facilitate the facility

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that the purchasing processes at your local testing and purchasing station are managed responsibly while being the company's face to the customers.

The role is a full-time position, 40 hours a week. Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 and every other Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 with a fixed base salary + commission.

What we want you to bring

• Experience working in a customer-facing role where you always put the customer first and maintain a professional demeanor towards both customers and colleagues
• An interest and broad technical knowledge of cars
• Trustworthy and leaves a positive impression while having a sales spirit and drive to make good deals
• Ability to independently drive your work forward
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy
• Manual driving license B
