Eriksberg Hotel & Nature is looking for experienced chefs

Eriksberg Hotel & Nature's operations continue to grow, and we are now helping them expand their skilled team with more experienced chefs, who together with our culinary leaders Peter J Skogström and Linus Hornwall will develop the business!

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the restaurant industry who is passionate about creating outstanding dining experiences for guests. At Eriksberg Vilt & Natur, you will:

• Work in a dynamic kitchen team and contribute to developing and improving menus.
• Ensure that the food maintains the highest quality and is presented in an appealing manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide our guests with a complete experience.

The position is a permanent employment at 100% with a probationary period.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least two years of experience as a chef.
• Organized and creative problem-solver who can handle stress and maintain a positive spirit.
• Driven, takes initiative, and can work both independently and in a team.
• Can work flexibly with varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in the culinary kitchen.
• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as English in spoken form.
• Possesses a B driver's license + access to a car is a requirement for the position.
