Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for precision, craftsmanship, and high-quality results? We’re looking for a skilled Fabrication Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the fabrication and electrical assembly of prototypes used in cutting-edge battery development and testing.

You’ll take ownership of all steps in the fabrication process—from harness building to cabinet wiring—and contribute to improvements that drive efficiency, quality, and innovation. This position is with one of Scania’s portfolio companies.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and assemble high-quality prototype electrical components including harnesses, electrical boxes, and automation cabinets
• Execute fabrication tasks for specific orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve workshop equipment and processes
• Identify challenges in new products or setups and help improve fabrication methods
• Inspect and ensure the quality of manufactured parts
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure parts are functional and manufacturable
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar hands-on production or assembly role
• Education in an electrical or technical field (e.g. electrician, automation operator, process technician) is a plus
• Strong understanding of electrical assembly and fabrication tools/processes
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written (Swedish is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under tight deadlines and with high standards
