We are looking for a Service Designer- UX for a global company in Gothenburg.

We are looking for a Service Designer with great stakeholder facilitation skill to bridge across the organizations many digital Product Areas. The assignment involves working close to the Digital Experience Director, set up UX Governance and drive increased UX Awareness and organizational UX Maturity.

As a Service Designer you have full insight to Nielsen and Norman's view on UX Design. You understand that it takes both a helicopter view of the relationships/journeys/interactions, and the ability to zoom in on specific problem areas. You understand how important it is to drive change from within and that in the end it is all about behavior change. You appreciate and respect the ropes of Product Management, the importance in having a clearly define Product Vision that guides strategies/roadmaps and priorities.

You simply love to enable people and unlock value for the organization - either it is to solve real important customer experience problems or internal efficiencies.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is in January, 1 Year's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
