About the role

We are looking for you who master everything within the hairdressing profession and thrive with varied working days. Your main areas of responsibility include:

• The Craft: Cutting, coloring, and styling with the highest quality.
• Customer Experience: Professional treatment, personal service, and advice.
• Sales: Selling hair care products and guidance in our online shop.
• Teamwork: Mentoring juniors and students, as well as keeping the salon clean, inviting, and organized.
• Creative Projects: Regular work with social media (especially Instagram), photography, as well as planning events and campaigns.

Your profile

• Experienced and Skilled: You know the craft inside out and constantly strive to develop.
• Service-oriented: You have a genuine passion for hair and people and always give the customer a fantastic experience.
• Team player with own drive: You enjoy working independently within clear structures, but also roll up your sleeves for common goals.
• Positive and curious: You contribute to the good atmosphere in the salon, are not afraid to leave your comfort zone, and are happy to take on your own responsibilities.
