Job Responsibilities

Working in our short-term pool presents you with many different challenges and offers great opportunities for professional development based on the varied tasks. As a person, you need to be confident in yourself and have a very good ability to juggle many balls at the same time. The work places high demands on flexibility in both work and schedule, as well as very good social competence and responsibility.

Working in the pool means that you work at all workplaces within the municipality's entire social operations, such as home care, special housing, and LSS.

Qualifications

You who apply need to have good professional knowledge to be able to do a good job based on the given conditions. You enjoy the challenge that everything is not predetermined, that you get to take the day as it comes, since in the pool it means that you are placed in work with short notice.

You should have experience of working within healthcare and social care, be computer literate, and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Being a trained assistant nurse is meritorious.

Requirement: Driver's license category B.

To ensure a safe and secure operation, the candidate offered the position will need to provide a current extract from the criminal record register before employment can take place. You order the extract yourself from the Police Authority and present it in connection with the employment process.
