Warehouse Coordinator for Lenoites

Lenoites is a Swedish premium beauty brand with growing sales in Sweden and internationally. Our products are sold through our own e-commerce platform and via established retailers and marketplaces, including Lyko, KICKS, MEDS, and Zalando.

We are a small, entrepreneurial team with high ambitions, focusing heavily on quality, customer experience, and long-term growth. As part of our continued development, we are now planning to establish an internal warehouse function in Borås.

We are therefore looking for a self-motivated and structured Warehouse Coordinator who wants to help build this function from the ground up. This is an operational role for you who enjoys practical work with warehousing, orders, and deliveries, but also has the experience and initiative to create order, efficient flows, and clear working methods.

About the role

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will have independent responsibility for daily warehouse operations. You will be involved in how the warehouse is organized, for example regarding shelf placement, warehouse zones, picking flows, and practical routines.

A large part of the daily work consists of picking, packing, and shipping orders from our own e-commerce site and external marketplaces. Fast, accurate, and well-packaged deliveries are an important part of the customer experience.

You will also handle B2B deliveries to retailers, store chains, and logistics hubs. These deliveries may have specific requirements regarding labeling, booking, documentation, and delivery terms.

Our products consist mainly of small and lightweight beauty products, which means a clean and physically manageable warehouse environment compared to many traditional warehouse operations.

You will report to our Senior Operations Specialist and work closely with other parts of the business, including e-commerce, customer service, and PR. This role has no personnel responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Help build warehouse structure, layout, and practical workflows
• Plan and execute daily warehouse operations
• Handle inbound deliveries and registration of incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and ship B2C orders
• Prepare and coordinate B2B deliveries to retailers and logistics hubs
• Ensure deliveries are sent correctly and on time
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes
• Handle returns, discrepancies, and complaints related to orders and deliveries
• Pack and ship service materials to stores
• Prepare PR shipments and deliveries to influencers and partners
• Communicate with carriers and other external parties
• Contribute to improving routines, flows, and working methods
• Provide support to customer service and first-line support for both businesses and private individuals as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in independent warehouse work, order management, or e-commerce logistics
• Is familiar with picking, packing, inbound deliveries, and stocktaking
• Has the ability to create structure and order
• Can plan and prioritize your own work
• Takes responsibility for ensuring orders are sent correctly and on time
• Is detail-oriented, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys combining practical work with some administration
• Has good computer and system skills
• Communicates fluently in Swedish
• Can communicate professionally in English

You do not need to have been a manager or had personnel responsibility. However, you need sufficient experience to independently take responsibility for daily warehouse operations and contribute to how the function is built up.

It is an advantage if you have experience with e-commerce warehousing, B2C and B2B deliveries, major retailers, store chains, logistics hubs, external marketplaces, customer service, or various warehouse, order, and freight systems.
