Tractor Driver/Farm Worker for Dairy Farm in Sandsjö, Blattnicksele, Sorsele Municipality
My name is Max, and I run a conventional dairy farm with 100 milking cows, milked by two robots, along with young stock and 200 hectares of arable land.
We are looking for someone who wants to drive tractors in agriculture as their main task. The position is full-time with a permanent contract according to the ÖA agreement (Agreement between LRF and Sveriges Lantbruksförbund).
Your duties will include tractor driving, repairs and maintenance, as well as animal care when needed.
The role and tasks can be adapted to your strengths. The most important qualities are that you are tidy, interested, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and open to learning. We have an open atmosphere and a fun work environment.
A B-driver's license with tractor experience is required. Having a larger driver's license or the ability to weld and do mechanical work is a plus.
Salary according to the ÖA agreement.
