Are you detail-oriented and thrive in methodical work where precision is paramount? We are looking for a numbers-driven warehouse operator for the indoor group at a leading Life Science company in Malmö, where you will become a key player in the production chain.

About the role

This is a full-time consultancy position via Academic Work, starting immediately or as agreed. As a warehouse operator in the indoor group, you will work in a cleanroom environment using protective equipment. Your main tasks include supporting production with materials through precision weighing of chemicals and raw materials according to transfer orders, warehouse picking, and labeling. You will also handle goods receipt, warehouse receiving, and registration in the business system (AXP). The position follows a rolling 3-week shift pattern, offering good opportunities for extended time off.

Responsibilities

The work involves physical handling of goods, from arrival at the warehouse until the products are shipped to the end customer.

  • Weighing & Preparation: Pick items and weigh raw materials/intermediates in the cleanroom with very high precision based on transfer or requisition orders.
  • Labeling & Packing: Carefully label each package and pack/deliver further to manufacturing or intermediate storage.
  • Goods Receipt & Warehouse Moves: Perform receiving checks, store goods, and register warehouse moves in the business system (AXP).
  • Inventory & Support: Conduct inventories, handle returns, organize equipment storage, and coordinate transports (including dangerous goods).

We are looking for someone who

  • Has good practical knowledge of warehouse work, goods handling, or work in manufacturing industry.
  • Has good practical skills in working with high precision, numerical aptitude, and strict adherence to recipes/instructions.
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (for safety instructions, labeling, and system reporting).
  • Is capable of handling heavy lifts.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Practical experience working in a cleanroom environment or GMP-regulated operations.
  • Experience with chemical handling, precision weighing, or dangerous goods (ADR).
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., AXP, SAP, or IFS).
